She was born April 27, 1961 in South Lebanon, Ohio to the late Willard and Joan (Lewis) Roberts. She has been a resident of the area since 1985 coming from Ohio. She was a Cake Decorator for Publix Supermarket and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years William D. Dicus Sr., sons William D. Dicus, Jr. (Misty) of Polk City, FL, Jeremy Lee Dicus (Cassie) FL, Ricky Allen (Donna), sisters Tina Burgess (Larry) of NC, Regina Sallee (David) OH, Leslie Kirkland (Tommy) Winter Haven, FL, Ginger Roberts of Lake Wales, FL, 2 grandchildren Kyle and Vanessa and their mother Tina Perry.

Visitation will be held 12:00pm Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Johnson-Nelson-Gill Funeral Home with service time at 1:00PM. Interment will be held at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
