Judith Ann Hunter, 57 of Lake Wales, passed Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at her residence. She was born November 22, 1960 in Newark, New Jersey to the late James and Lila May (Lynch) Hunter and she has been a resident of this area since 1991. She was disabled.

Judith was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She was a proud Mother and Nana! Judy was devoted to her family and friends!!! She had many friends who she considered family! Judy was loved by many and would help anyone she could from the goodness of her heart and never expect anything in return. She never ended a conversation without telling you she loved you! Judy enjoyed cooking and socials. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Nancy Bruno.

Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Chavez (Fidel) of St. Johns, FL, 3 grandchildren, Fidel, Alyssa and Jose; Brother-in-law Mark Bruno, niece Maria Holovacko and nephew Cory Bruno of New Jersey; 3 step brothers, family from New Jersey and Florida and many cherished friends. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home Lake Wales with Memorial service 1:00PM Friday, June 15, 2018 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
