William D. “Bill” Stroud of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Monday, May 13, 2019 at Waters Edge.
He was born November 2, 1934 in Richmond, Virginia to the late George A. and Dorothy Stroud. Bill worked for the Unites States Government in Weapons Engineering. He was a veteran in the United States Air Force serving in Korea and Viet Nam.

He is preceded in death by his daughter Bobbie Dean Stroud.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years Nancy Stroud, daughter Kimberly Marie Stroud of Las Vegas, sons Brian Stroud and wife Mary of Las Vegas, Steven Stroud of Winter Haven, FL, brothers Jimmy Stroud of Richmond, Jerry Stroud of Richmond and 7 grandchildren. Memorial service to be held at a later date in Las Vegas.
