BEVERLY SMITH STEPHENS, 34
Beverly Smith Stephens 34 of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
Beverly was born March 26, 1984 in Lake Wales and was a lifelong resident of Polk County, Florida. She was employed at Publix for 13 years and was a member of God’s Revival Center by Faith.
She is survived by her two sons, Joshua (9) and Caleb (6); her parents, Paul and Lisa Smith of Lake Wales; her siblings, Kristy Smith, Kimberly Sharpe and her husband, Michael Sharpe, Alex Smith and his wife, Rachel Smith; great-grandmother, Lucile Wilkes; nieces and nephews, Avian Smith, Aniyah Smith, Brayden Sharpe and Aubrey Smith. Beverly lost her life trying to ensure the safety of her children, she was truly a selfless person.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 29, 2018 at God’s Revival Center by Faith with Steve Ashley and Jeff Eldridge officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Memorial Gardens.
