Frantz was born into a Christian family in Les Cayes, Haiti to Dr. Breslie and Andrée St. Germain. He was an entrepreneur and a gifted I.T. engineer who used his skills to glory his God.  His avid love for soccer was evidenced in the sacrificial time invested in developing his sons’ soccer skills. On August 12, 1995, he married his sweetheart Marie Shella Ministre.  God blessed them with four children: a daughter, Martine; three sons: Samuel, Jacques, and Ezekiel Benjamin Elijah (EBE); and grandson, Jayson. At a young age, Frantz’ father led him to trust the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior.  He was baptized at the age of 17.  Throughout his life, Frantz continued to be a shining light for the Lord.  He lived out one of his favorite children’s song, “Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam.” Frantz had a passion for people.
