Jack Hendren Phillips

Born November 16, 1930 to Frederick and Laura Phillips in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Jack was retired from Abbott Labs in North Chicago, Illinois after 37 years of service. He moved to Florida 6 years ago from Gurnee, Illinois.
He married the love of his life Theodora on May 16, 1953 and was married to her for 67 years.
Jack was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Haines City and St. Pauls in Gurnee, Illinois. He enjoyed building model airplanes, golf, bowling and traveling. Jack also enjoyed going to the casino’s any chance he got.
Jack was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
He is preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Laura, Brother Frederick C. Phillips Jr. sister, Martha Ann Olson. He is survived by his son Jim Phillips (Jeff), daughters, Kathy Formella (Dan), Barbara MacDonald (Bob), grandchildren, Steve, Kristopher (Lia), Kimberly (Dan), great-grandchildren, Addison, Lauren, Ella, Anna, Declan.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday November 11th, 2020 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care @ 10:00 located at 2425 Havendale Blvd. Winter Haven, Florida.
