Turner A Wiggins, Jr. passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Spring Lake Rehabilitation Center in Winter Haven. He was 91.

Turner was born February 22, 1926 in Tarboro, NC, where after high school graduation, he joined the U.S. Navy and honorably served in WWII as an Air Traffic Controller. In 1951 he graduated from the University of Florida School of Architecture and Building Construction, and later retired from Bank Builders Inc as a construction supervisor. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Winter Haven and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Turner is preceded in death by his daughter, Francis W. Hannum; his second wife, Audrey Wiggins; and sister, Mary Elizabeth Wiggins.

He is survived by his son, Turner A. (Martha) Wiggins, III of Winter Haven; daughter, Paula W. Bohnstedt of Winter Haven; and children from his second marriage, Richard H Wiggins and Stephanie L. Bunch, both of Georgia; and by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
