Paula Niño O’Steen of Lake Wales passed away Friday, February 26, 2016 at her residence.

She was born January 26, 1975 in Haines City and was raised in Lake Wales to a large and loving family, she was the oldest sister of six children. She was a homemaker, artist, medical assistant to Dr. Lotenfo and an active member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She was a devoted mother and loved caring for her children.

Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Jason P. O’Steen; two daughters, Arianna O’Steen and Lydia O’Steen; one son, Joseph O’Steen; parents, Juan Manuel and Isidra Niño of Lake Wales; four sisters, Carmela Thomas of Lake Wales, Dottie Ramirez of Lake Wales, Esperansa Niño of Tampa and Delores Niño of Lake Wales; and one brother, Jesus Niño of Tampa.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lake Wales with Father Glenn Charest officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Memorial Gardens.
