Ronald G. Wheat of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Winter Haven Hospital.

He was born January 1, 1947 in Clifton Springs, New York to the late Lawrence and Elaine (Coons) Wheat. He has been a full- time resident of the area since 2012 coming from Lyons, New York. He was a School Teacher for Lyons Central School in New York.
He is preceded in death by his brother Ted Wheat.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years Mary Lou Wheat, daughter Kelly Wheat and significant other Mike of NY, son Casey Wheat of FL, brothers Michael Wheat and wife Carolyn of NY, James Wheat and wife Phyllis of NY.
