RUDY’S OBITUARY
Mr. Rudy Ray Locklear, 64, of Davenport, Florida passed away at Advent Hospice, Orlando. He was born in Lumberton, North Carolina to Roscoe and Mary Locklear. He was a Tribal member of the Lumbee nation. He lived in Davenport since the age of two. He retired from years of construction work, traveling all over the US and Mexico. Mr. Locklear worshiped at Friendly Fellowship River of Life Church of God in Haines City, Florida.

Rudy is survived by his lovely wife of 21 years Sharon, son; Rudy (Kimberly), Daughters;
Jeannine (Fernando), Crystal (Jason), Grandsons; Anthony (Jessica), Rudy, Colin, Robert, Dalton, Great Grandsons; Landon, and Samson, Brothers; Ronald, Donald, Sister; Judy, Glenda, and Valerie. He has many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many cousins in Lumberton, North Carolina that he loved deeply.

Rudy was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Visitation for Rudy will be on Friday February 19, 2021 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven Florida at 11:00 with services following at 12:00 pm. Interment immediately following at Evergreen Cemetery in Davenport, Florida.
