He was born January 5, 1947 in Mexico to the late Julian and Matilde Tenorio; he has been a resident of Florida for 35 years. Jesus was a retired mechanic and was of the Baptist Faith. He loved baseball and played it in Mexico. He played guitar and enjoyed playing community volleyball in Mexico.

Jesus is survived by his daughters, Martha Hernandez of Lake Wales, Rosalia Cordova (Javier) of Lake Wales, and Maritza Hernandez (Carlos Contreras) of Lake Wales; sisters, Mariana and Tomasa; grandchildren, Edgar Cordova, Noe Cordova, Jonathan Cordova, Osualdo Hernandez, Mariela Cruz, Yamileth Cruz, and Dyland Ramierez; and two great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. Wilfredo Perez officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Wales Memorial Gardens.
