February 06, 1948 – August 14, 2016nnell M. Johnson of Lake Wales Florida passed away Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Heart of Florida Hospital.

She was born February 6, 1948 to the late Leslie H. and Alma (Flemming) Adams. She has been a resident of the area for 38 years coming from Opp, Alabama. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Lake Pierce Baptist Church. Annell was a deeply religious lady, faithful to her church, she enjoyed reading, always conscientious about her appearance, she loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dolphus E. Moore.

She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Bryant Medlock of Lake Wales, FL, sisters Hazel Weeks of Opp, AL, Shirley Adams of Williston, FL, Sue Lacey of Biloxi, MS, brother Johnny Adams of Auburndale, FL, one grandchild Jordyn Medlock.
