Bruce R. Clark of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the Winter Haven Hospital.

He was born December 23, 1957 in Detroit, MI; he moved here from Marine City, MI 14 years ago. He was a retired self-employed carpenter and attended the Saddlebag Community Church. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, writing short stories, music and song writing. He was a long time member of AA and celebrated 29 years of sobriety.

Survivors include his daughters, Anna Clark of Winter Haven, Emma Gillespie and husband, Brett of Nampa, ID and Amanda Moss and husband, Ian of Sterling Heights, MI; son, Robert Clark of Davenport; parents, Edward and Helen Clark of Saddlebag Lake Resort; sisters, Cindy Reed of New Baltimore, MI and Lorraine Zerilli and husband, Tony of Chesterfield, MI; brothers, Edward Clark and wife, Lisa of Chesterfield, MI, Tom Clark of Romeo, MI and Bill Clark and wife, Cindy of Fraser, MI; one grandson, Xavier and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 21, 2020 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Pastor Bruce Wanless officiating.
