GENEVA’S OBITUARY
Geneva “Nana” Lynch, 73, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was born on December 13, 1946 in Jamestown, TN to William and Lodus White Ward. Geneva moved to Lake Wales 52 years ago from Jamestown, TN, she was a lifelong homemaker, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Waverly, FL.Nana loved to spent time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and she treasured the time she spent with them. She was a straightforward woman, who always spoke her mind, leaving an incredible impression on everyone she came in contact with and valued her friends as if they were precious gems. Geneva enjoyed camping and had a passion for bowling. She had a great sense of humor and loved to share a good joke with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald Lee Lynch; son, Danny Winningham; brother, Frank Ward; and grandson, Danny Winningham. Geneva leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sisters, Orabelle Winningham of Jamestown, TN and Jeanette Rice of Lake Wales, FL; grandchildren, Chris (Alison) Winningham of Opelika, AL, Erica (Paul) Harrison of Opelika, AL, Derrick (Alyssa) Winningham of Opelika, AL, Christian Winningham of Lake Wales, FL, Dillon Winningham of Opelika, AL, Kyle (Kristian) Daniels of Lake Wales, FL and Jacob Bass of Orlando, FL; nine great grandchildren; and many devoted friends. She will be greatly missed by all.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 11:00 a.m. all at First Baptist Church in Waverly, FL with Pastor David Durham officiating. Final resting place will be at Lake Wales Cemetery.
