Mary Hazel Conner,84

Hazel Conner of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 at her residence.

She was born June 18, 1931 to the late Beamon and Ruby (Windsor) Tew in Slocomb, Alabama. She has been a resident of the area since 1945. She was a Homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Conner and daughter Shari Thomas.

She is survived by her daughter Bonnie Bohannon (David) of Lake Wales, FL, sons Steve Conner of Lake Wales, FL, Danny Conner (Daryl) of Haines City, FL, sister Edna Parent (Neal) of Florida, brother Wayne Tew (Gail) of Lake Wales, FL, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held 4:00PM Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Hazel’s home.
