JUSTON’S OBITUARY

Juston “Pete” Mauldin, Sr. of Babson Park passed away Friday, January 11, 2019 at his home.

He was born May 31, 1944 in Pike County, Alabama to the late J.W. and Verley Mauldin; he moved to the area as a child. He was retired from Latt Maxcy after 30 years. He loved being a cowboy and taking care of his animals. He also enjoyed coon hunting.

Pete was preceded in death by his brother, Collins Mauldin; two sisters, Mamie Mauldin and Rachael Hood; and one grandson, Steven Mauldin. Survivors include his sons, Kenny Mauldin and wife, Tonya of Okeechobee, Juston Mauldin and Fiancee, Debra and Brandon Mauldin and wife, Tiffany of Haines City; one sister, Jewel Bateman of Frostproof; four grandchildren, Taylor, Kelly, Kylie and Sam; and four great-grandchildren, John, Chance, Addi and Zayne.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof. The graveside service will follow at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, January 17, 2019 at the Silver Hill Cemetery in Frostproof.
