Luann’s Obituary
On April 30, 2020, Luann Robarts passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. She was 80 years old. Luann was born in Melbourne, FL, in 1939, raised in Port Orange, FL and graduated from Daytona Mainland HS. In 1957, Luann married the love of her life, Charles and moved to Frostproof. Together they developed, owned and operated Robarts Mobile Home and RV Park in Frostproof for 24 years, now known as Lakemont Ridge MH and RV Park. They also owned and operated Lake Letta Campground in Sebring for 7 years, and Sugar Sands MH and RV Park in Frostproof, now known as Sunset Shores MH and RV Park for 4 years. Not only did she get to work side by side with her husband Charles most of those years, but it provided a way for Luann to stay home with her 4 children. She had many talents including gardener, seamstress, hairdresser (lots of Toni Perms) / barber, cook (esp. her famous Porcupines) and many more. Luann enjoyed capturing pictures and home movies galore. Luann and Charles loved camping and fishing with their children throughout the years as a favorite pastime. She was a devout Christian and was the former pianist for Southside Baptist Church in Frostproof for many years along with West Frostproof Baptist Church in her former years.Luann is proceeded in death by her beloved husband Charles; her parents John Oscar and Zeta Roberson; and her sister Carolyn Carey Peacock.

She is survived by her brothers: James and Harold (Judy).

She is also survived by her children: Brenda Ann Hodge Jones (Donald) of Babson Park, Carolyn Sue Rogers (Terry) of Bonifay, Charles Frank Robarts Jr. (Leslie) and Travis Eugene Robarts (Marisol) of Frostproof; 11 grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at later date.
