WINTER HAVEN – Nadine Bagley, 61 of Winter Haven died Wednesday March 3rd, 2021 at Winter Haven Hospital. She was born November 21, 1959 in Rockford, Illinois to Linda and Michael B Phillips. She eventually met and married her true love, James E. “JB” Bagley. They were married for 18 years and loved going to NASCAR races in Daytona, going on cruises and walking on the beaches. JB sadly passed away in 2013. Nadine greatly enjoyed her years as an administrative assistant at the Dundee United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by husband and her father of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and survived by her mother of Rockford, IL, her brother David Phillips of Rockford, IL her two children Jade (Mann) Cruz and Nick Mann of Rockford, IL.
