Paul Ray Barron of Green Bay, Wisconsin

October 19, 1957 – January 8, 2020

Paul Ray Barron passed away January 8, 2020 at St Vincent’s Hospital.

Paul was born to Gordon and Celine (Eichman) Barron in Portage, Wisconsin on October 19, 1957.  He was the youngest of 7 children.

Paul loved to watch football and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan!!!  He worked hard his whole life and loved his family.  He had a great since of humor, could find the fun in every situation and loved to make people laugh.

Paul moved from Wisconsin to Lake Wales, Florida as a teenager.  He met his wife Michele on a blind date.  They married April 23, 1983 and lived in Lake Wales, FL for many years.  He moved with his family to Green Bay, Wisconsin then to Springfield, Missouri, and back to Green Bay, Wisconsin.  He worked as a truck driver for over 30 years.

He is proceeded in death by parents Gordon and Celine Barron, Sister Phyllis Pope and Nephew Eric Pope.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Michele, 4 Children Carol Ann Barron of Green Bay, WI, Shelly Barron of Springfield MO, Paul Barron Jr. of Green Bay, WI, and Aaron Barron of Green Bay, WI, Sisters Jeanette Motis of Babson Park, FL, Jane (John) Peavy of Lake Wales, FL , Brothers Gordon Barron Jr. of Lake Wales, Philip Barron of Homosassa, FL and Jim (Vicki) Barron of Lake Wales, FL along with aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to all the doctors, nurses and staff for the compassionate care they provided.

The family will hold a private service.
