He was in Sales at the Norfolk Paint Company. He was a retired Longshoreman, ILA970, Norfolk, Virginia.Survivors include his wife of 64 years Betty L. Carlisle, son Richard E. Carlisle Jr. and wife Debbie of Lake Wales, FL, and 1 grandchild Robin Carlisle Falk. No services are scheduled. Family has requested no flowers be sent.
