She was born March 26, 1970 in Lake Wales, Florida. She has been a lifelong resident of the area. She was a Sales Clerk for Dillard’s. Shelia enjoyed Theater.

She is survived by her Mother and Father Russell and Edna Rogerson, daughters Hannah Rogerson of Lake Wales, FL, Rhiana Owens of Lake Wales, FL, son Robbie Cox of Auburndale, FL, brother Chris Rogerson of Indian Atlantic, FL.
