Venice’s Obituary
Venise Constance Folsom entered eternal peace on December 30, 2019. She is survived by her loving son, and daughter in law, Richard and Janet Larence of Winter Haven, Florida and two daughters in Smyrna, Tennessee, 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 10 siblings. She is the mother that blessed me with life and gave me up for adoption during a difficult period in her life. While never forgetting about her only son, we were reunited 61 years later on Mother’s Day in 2017 at her home in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. A storybook reunion witnessed by three of her grandchildren and four of her great grandchildren. The joy we were blessed to be a part of these past few years softened the knowledge of her challenges in life. She will be deeply missed, but her life continues on through her son.
