AO Patterson, passed away Friday, August 14, 2020. Born August 8, 1948 to Arval and Luvie Patterson in Langston, Alabama. He moved to Auburndale as a small child. He was a commercial fisherman and loved being on the water. AO enjoyed driving his Ford trucks. AO served in the United States Army and received a purple heart.AO is preceded in death by his wife Carolyn, parents Arval and Luvie Patterson, daughter, Angelia, brothers Robert, Gerald, Charles, Gene and Truman, sister Bobbie Tucker. He is survived by daughters, Rebecca (Brandon) Bagwell, Christy (Randall) Pattillo, brother, Tony (Terri) Patterson, sisters Betty Jenkins and Judy Tacker, grandchildren, Ashley, Michael (Andrea), Miranda, Jayden, Rayanne, Alexus (Clay), Payton, Blake. Great Grandchildren, Noah, Reese, Kendrick, Georgia, Slugger, J-Lynn and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Oak Ridge Funeral Care by invitation only due to Covid-19.
