September 24, 1934 – August 12, 2020




William F. Bowen, 85, of Haines City, Florida, passed away August 12, 2020 from COVID-19.He was born on September 24th, 1934 in Holliston, Massachusetts. He served in the US Army during the Korean conflict. He retired after a career from T.G. Lee Dairy and then established Mr. Bills Jewelry selling to individuals in the Polk County area.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Lodge 4991 and the American Legion post #8 in Winter Haven.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Bowen, daughter Carolyn Jordan, and is survived by children, Alice George, Robin Warndorf (Mike), Craig Bowen (Virginia), Don Mason (Debbie), Denise Brewer (Darrell), Janice Sarver, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 15th, 2020 at 9:30 a.m., with the funeral service at 10:00 a.m.,  all services at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City. Internment will be at  Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City.
