BERNADINE’S OBITUARY
Bernadine “Bernie” Gillespie Dundee, Florida passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Forsythe House in Auburndale.  She was 90.  A native of Medina, NY, born April 24, 1931 to William and Segrid Dunn, Bernie moved here in 2004 from Rochester, New York.  She retired from General Railway Systems, attended the Dundee United Methodist Church, was a member of the Red Hat Society, and the Fun Club at Royal Oaks Park.  Bernie also enjoyed Crochet, Sewing, and crafts.

Bernie was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Eugene Gillespie, who passed away September 20, 2010.  She is survived by her children:  Paul (Vicky) Gillespie of Dundee, FL, Deborah (Bill) Villone of Retsof, NY, Kimberly (Rob) Bateman of Greece, NY, Donna (Frank) Weller of Lake Wales, FL, her grandchildren: Chailynn Dukes, Joseph (Erin) Bateman, Lyndon Villone, Jason (Sarah) Bateman, Ethan Imboden, and Leah Villone.  She also leaves behind 14 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held 12 Noon, May 22, 2021 at the Dundee United Methodist Church.
