BOBBY’S OBITUARY

Bobby L. Marlow, 69

Bobby L. Marlow of Frostproof passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Somers Hospice House in Sebring.

He was born July 10, 1951 in Frostproof to the late James and Annie Marlow. He was a retired Block and Brick Mason for the Polk County School Board. Bobby served in Vietnam from 1969 until 1972 with the United States Air Force. He was a former member of Emanuel Baptist Fellowship and a current member of Southside Baptist Church in Frostproof. Bobby enjoyed hunting, fishing; he loved the wildlife and being outdoors. He will be missed by his family and friends, especially by his two brothers by another mother Kenneth and Larry Hadden.

Bobby was preceded in death by his brothers, Roy B. Marlow, Ray Marlow, James Marlow, Hurdis Marlow, and Asberry Marlow; and sisters, Clydie Mae Cobb, and Mary Jo Marlow. Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Deborah D. Marlow; sister, Joann Colman of Nokomis; and his special pet “Tweedy Bird”.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Southside Baptist Church in Frostproof with Pastor Mike Arms officiating.
