She was born January 6, 1962 in Lake Wales and has been a lifelong resident. She was the property manager at Enchanted Grove Mobile Home Park and attended The Lord’s Temple and Golfview Church of God.

Deborah was preceded in death by her father, Troy Wingate and step-father, Mike Fenby. Survivors include her sons, Jonathan Bush (Stephanie) of Port St. Lucie, Daniel Bush (Ashley) of Frostproof, Joshua Bush of Leesburg and Jessie Dill of Lake Wales; mother, Mattie Fenby; step-mother, Margie Wingate; companion, Charles Goodman; sisters, Teresa Stewart of Lake Wales and Tammy Purvis (Don) of Lake Wales; brother, Samuel Wingate (Shane) of Lake Wales; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 5, 2021 and the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Interment will follow at the Silver Hill Cemetery in Frostproof.
