U.S. Veteran

Harold Wayne Cook, 75, of Winter Haven, FL passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 and Lakeland Regional Health.Born July 16, 1944 in Whitten, Arkansas to Leslie Elmer Cook and Annie Lee Calvary Cook, he was a resident of Polk County for most of his life.  He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.   He worked for Indian River Transport and Fields Equipment Company in Winter Haven.  He was also a longtime member of Winter Haven Lodge # 186 F &AM, the Bahia Shriners, Ducks Unlimited and the National Wild Turkey Federation.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Charles Edward Cook.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judith; and multiple nieces and nephews.
