He was born December 28, 1938 in Winter Haven to the late George and Evelyn Marks; he was a lifetime resident of Central Florida. Henry was a retired Electrician and had an Associates Degree. He was an avid Bucs Fan; and enjoyed buying and selling property, raising Cattle in his later years and was a hardworking man all of his life.

Henry was preceded in death by his son, Keith Marks; and brother, Arthur Marks. He is survived by his daughter, Lynne Metz and husband Craig of Petersburg, Illinois; sisters, Mary Middlebrooks and husband Bill of Suwanee, Georgia, and Margaret Lombardia and husband Lee of Briar Cliff Manor, New York; grandchildren, Morgan Moriarty and husband Jeff, and Abigail Rosado and husband Ricardo; and great-grandchildren, Fielding Moriarty, and Evelyn Rosado.
