Patsy R. Morgan, 77, of Lake Wales, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018. She was born in Millen, GA on July 21, 1941 to the late Newitt and Lois Roberts.

Patsy and her family moved to Mulberry, FL in 1953. She worked for many years as a Food Service Director, and was known for having exceptional skills in the kitchen. Patsy volunteered with Polk County School’s Reading Pals program and at Lake Wales Hospital in the administrative department. She enjoyed making quilts for her family, and loved to go shopping.

Patsy is survived by her husband of 19 years, Jim Morgan; children, David Roberts and Tracy Benjamin; step-children, Dean Morgan, Debbie Morgan, Darin (Shelly) Morgan; grandchildren, Brandon (Emily) Nitschke, Devan Nitschke, Austin Nitschke, Meaghan Calise; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Bonnie Carr, Neil Roberts, Wayne Roberts, Rob Roberts; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her sister June Carelton, and brother Totsy Roberts.

Visitation will be Friday, November 16 at Lakeland Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens from 1-2 pm. Service will being at 2pm.
