JACK’S OBITUARY

U.S. Veteran

Jack Whiteman, formerly of Lumberport, West Virginia passed away on January 23, 2021 at his residence in Davenport, Florida. He was 88.He was born on February 6, 1932 in Lumberport to Clyde and Rachel Fern Sprout Whiteman. Jack was employed with Goodyear for 35 plus years and was an avid golfer. Jack was a proud veteran of the US Army being honorably discharged as a corporal after serving in the Korean War.

He was predeceased by his parents, Clyde and Rachel and wife, Betty M. Whiteman. Jack is survived by his son, Kim Whitman and his wife, Marge of Venice, FL; daughter, Tami Haberman and her husband, Mark of Davenport, FL; brother, Robert Whiteman and his wife, Sandra of Richmond, VA; sister, Linda Fernandez of Pickering, Ontario; grandchildren, Colin and Nathan Whiteman.
