Jean Louise Boughton, 93
Jean Louise Boughton of Frostproof passed away Friday, June 5, 2020 at Brandywyne Health Care Center in Winter Haven.
She was born January 3, 1927 in Whitney Point, New York, to the late Donald and Doris Hill. She has been a resident of Frostproof for 42 years. Jean was the owner/operator for a dairy farm. She was a wonderful self-taught artist and seamstress, and she enjoyed reading.
Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Boughton; daughter, Joan Marie Abbott, and three step-sons, Gerald Boughton, Earl Boughton, and Arvin Boughton. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Miller of Frostproof; step-daughter, Barbara Mudge of Marathon, New York; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled at this time. The family will be having a private interment at Silver Hill Cemetery in Frostproof.
