Melody J. Welch of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born March 9, 1963 in Tuscola, Illinois. She has been a resident of the area for 30 years coming from Illinois. She was Restaurant worker for Malcolm’s and Woody’s.
She is preceded in death by her father Malcolm Welch.

She is survived by her mother Priscilla Welch, daughter Cali Welch of Lake Wales, FL, brother Michael Bruce Welch of Lake Wales, FL.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
