OLLIE’S OBITUARY
Ollie Mae Baker, 86Ollie Mae Baker of Lake Wales passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 at Winter Haven Hospital.

She was born January 30, 2021 in Lincoln, Alabama and has been a resident of Polk County for 63 years. Ollie was a retired Depalletizer for Procter and Gamble and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christs Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, watching the Lawrence Welch show, and being the boss of her house.

Ollie was proceeded in death by her husband, Trueman “Bill” Baker in 2008; daughter, Karen Davis in 2018; father, Leonard Jones; mother, Billie Jones; and sister, Sara Farmer. She is survived by her daughters, Wanda Baker of Lake Wales, Kimberly Baker of Lake Wales; sisters, Shelby Golden of Winter Haven, and Polly Swindell of Chesapeake Bay, Virginia; brother, Kenneth Jones of Auburndale; grandchildren, Felicia Garcia and husband Eric, Regina Davis, and Mandy Davis; great-grandchildren, Michael and Ryan Herndon.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 23, 2021 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. A funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Interment will follow at Rolling Hills Cemetery.
