Paul D. “Paco” Zahra of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018 at his residence.
He was born in Malta to the late Augustine and Carmen (Micallef) Zahra. He has been a resident of the area since 2017 coming from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He was a Life Insurance Salesman for 35 years at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He was a veteran in the United States Army. He was of the Catholic faith. Paul enjoyed playing Racquetball, going to the Casino’s, traveling, and listening to Frank Sinatra.

He is preceded in death by his wife JoAnne B. Zahra, and step daughter Lisa Cyr.

He is survived by his daughter Debbie Stanley of Lake Wales, FL, son David Michael Zahra and wife Angela of MI, step son Mark Cyr of Tampa, FL, brother Larry Zahra of MI, and 5 grandchildren Matthew, Alyssa, Andrew, Benjamin and Luke.

Visitation will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, January 27, 2018 until Prayer service at 11:00 AM Marion Nelson Funeral Home.
