Born May 1, 1965 in Lakeland, FL he was a lifelong resident of the area and was a plant manager for Big E Trailers.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph H. Smith and a brother,  Jeffrey Smith.

He is survived by: his wife, Terri Smith; a daughter, Alicia Thornton and her husband Clay of Frostproof; his mother, Susan Smith of Winter Haven; and his grandson, Hunter; two stepsons, Reggie Ware, II and Zachary Ware; 2 step-grandsons, Dayton Ware and Johnathan Murphy; and one step-granddaughter, Hadlie Ware.

The family will receive friends from 9:00am till 10:00am, Monday, April 19, 2021 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.  Funeral Services will begin at 10:00am, with interment following at the Eagle Lake Church of Christ Cemetery
