YVONNE DOROTHY HARE, 78

Yvonne D. Hare of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018 at her residence.

She was born May 1, 1940 in Manchester, England to the late Samuel and Hilda (Parks) Bickley. She was a retired Communications Clerk for the United States Air Force Civil Service. Yvonne had a glitzy personality, she was very compassionate, loving, and kind. She was dedicated to her family and never met a stranger. She was very punctual. A granddaughter called her “Glamma” she loved diamonds and gold and the Grand Ol’ Opry.

Survivors include her husband Danny Hare, daughter Michele Veenstra of Ocala, FL, son Michael Duble and wife Leslie of Miami, FL, step daughter Teresa Hare of Raleigh, NC, brother John A. Bickley and wife Jillian of England, 5 grandchildren Danielle, Nicholas, Jarrod, Caitlin, Christen, 1 great grandchild Caiden, and ex-husband Lt. Col. Carl T. Duble.

Visitation will be held 6:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with service at 7:00PM.
